At Inner Alchemy, I offer counselling services for individuals, youth, and couples. Whether we meet in person or through secure telehealth sessions, my main focus is creating a safe and supportive environment. My goal is helping clients explore inner thoughts and feelings, heal from past experiences, and grow into their best selves. I prioritize providing a warm and welcoming space where clients can feel at ease and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

Sliding Scale

I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. For individuals seeking financial assistance, I offer a sliding scale. Please reach out to me to discuss your situation and determine eligibility for reduced fees.

Payment

Fees are due via e-transfer or by credit card through Janeapp at the time of service.

Insurance

I’m unable to offer direct billing for extended health insurance, however, detailed receipts will be provided for insurance reimbursement. Please verify coverage with your insurance company regarding my services as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC).

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to the full fee, ensuring fairness to all clients and efficient use of time.
